Brooke Burke Body: 30-Day Slim Down



AMAZING WORKOUT
This is the best at-home workout I have done in years. I am an advanced intermediate fitness level, and I was sweating, breathing hard and working hard. HOWEVER, this workout would be fine for beginners - the moves are very easy to do/learn and are easily modified for your comfort. Brooke is an excellent host. I am normally not a fan of at home workouts because I get bored very easily, but this workout keeps moving, is fun, and interesting. The best $10 you will spend, trust me. Plus, you get two workouts in the same video to do on alternate days - one is cardio and the other is toning/strength - both are 30 minute workouts and easy to fit into my day. Wonderful workout, thank you so much Brooke!
